The Bilo with balcony is located on the second floor of Residence Kalura. It is a simple and essential vacation home perfect for relaxing vacations in Puglia on the Ionian Sea.
Independent, the two-room apartment is reached by internal stairs leading to a balcony, which is shared with another apartment.
The interior of the apartment consists of: large living room with dining room and kitchen, TV and 1 sofa bed for two people, 1 double bedroom and 1 full bathroom with shower.
There is a veranda furnished with table and chairs from which you can see the sea.
The
two-room apartment is one of the different solutions offered by the
residence, which is spread over several levels and offers comfortable
and simple vacation homes a stone's throw from the sea.

The vacation home is part of a recently built residence, located along one of the most important streets in Porto Cesareo that connects the center of the town to the long beaches of the coast.
The lively center with all commercial and personal services is only 150 meters from the vacation homes, while the first equipped beaches are 500 meters away and are also within walking distance. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
