Lake/Beach House w/ Private Waterfront & King Bed

Your vacation home has the perfect combination of fun and relaxation on Lake Louise and the Jersey Shore. The beach is a short 3 min walk to the north beach access, away from the crowded boardwalk, but close enough to enjoy it all. The famous Jenkinson’s Boardwalk (games and rides), Aquarium, ice cream, live music, fresh donuts, and fantastic pizza are a 2-10 min walk. It is the perfect spot for you to rest, relax, recharge and make wonderful memories.

Picture sitting on the mouth of Lake Louise with ocean access via Cooks Creek and Manasquan River. It is great for boating activities, kayaking, paddleboarding, etc. There’s a roomy private porch where you can relax with a coffee in the morning and a nice beverage in the evening as you BBQ and catch the ocean breeze while watching the sunset over the lake.

The home is broken up into 4 half levels. On the main level, there is a kitchen and living room. Down a couple of steps is the laundry and bath with a stand-up shower. Up from the living room is a bathroom with a stand-up shower and two bedrooms, one with two singles, and one with a double bed. Upstairs we have two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with a King.

We provide all bed linens, towels, and kitchen utensils, so all you need is your family, toiletries, and bathing suits!
Guest access
You'll be able to access all parts of the home and outside except a few storage closets.

There is parking for three cars.

We also offer boat or jet ski docking for an extra fee.

Saturday-Saturday rentals only during the summer May 15-Sept 30.

Home is located within walking distance of the beach, marina, boardwalk with an aquarium, amusement parks, arcades and rides, mini-golf, restaurants, and bars. Also close to downtown Pt. Pleasant Beach with antique shops, amazing restaurants, bars, and a comedy club.

Grubhub and other food delivery services are also available. There is a large supermarket in the middle of town and plenty of other things to do we will share with you once you arrive.

Beach Badges (2 kids and 4 adults) - Additional beach badge purchases are available at the beach. Badges must be left at the house. ANY LOST BADGES COST $150 EACH
