When we arrive, it was a 45 minute line to check in to the room, there was not able to find my reservation,even though that I reserve three weeks in advance. to top it off, they was only able to find one on my reservation. The other one was in the loop when they finally tried to accommodate us. They charge me extra at the counter after that they gave me a room that somebody else was occupying so when we got there, we got upstairs. We opened the door and Walla. We got new visitors. It was just a case getting there with three kids is definitely enough fun at all. They need to get it together. I inquire for a completely refund.
