"Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again."

"What a magical place - romantic stone villas embedded in a large olive cave with view of the sea! Every little bit of our stay was amazing - from the clean and beautifully decorated villes to the best food we had on this island in a serene setting as well as the wonderful staff! "If you’re looking to escape the party crowds on Zakynthos this is a perfect retreat. Beautiful and thoughtful villas spread out privately. I really enjoyed my time here. There’s a beach a short walk away, a wonderful seafront taverna and several others just up the road. Maria provided excellent instructions with great tips for the week. I only wish I could have joined the wine tasting. I met Olga for a massage too! You’ve got all you need here and a small hob and essentials to cook if you need...

"The view from the balcony is stunning to watch the sunrise and the sunset. It is perfectly located between 2 beaches (10 min walk either way) and close enough to wander in to town if you like the tourist things. The owners were so helpful and brought us fresh fruit, veg and eggs regularly, that they grow in the gardens surrounding the property. We’re we’re a family of 4 and there was plenty of space to relax and chill."
