"The hotel is very close to the airport, the shuttle service is great. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, the hotel provides shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beds are comfortable. Linens are very good and new.
The room are very basic and small, but it works for one night. No closet, just a place to hang a few pieces of clothing. Because the hotel is located next to the highway, it is noisy. The room has a noise canceling device and earplugs. The device is noisy, and did not work for...

"Only one elevator worked . Having to ride the elevator with people who had a body odor or smell like weed. Our floor smelled like weed all week long. I requested a suite based on the photos on Expedia showing a walk in shower and whirlpool bath. I get a room with a tub shower together and the pillows was horrible and it smelled. We had to clean the room and buy our own pillows once we left we left the pillows there. The ice machine was leaking and the ceiling above was broken and broken pieces...

"Wir hatten zwei Übernachtungen und leider wurden die Zimmer nicht zwischenzeitlich aufgeräumt/Betten gemacht/Handtücher getauscht. Auf Nachfrage beim Front Desk hieß es, wir sollten bis 4:00 Uhr PM kommen und die Handtücher selbst tauschen bemüht war die Dame leider nicht. In den Fluren hat es furchtbar nach Cannabis gerochen, aber ganztägig und täglich. Ich musste mir eine Decke vor die Tür, damit es nicht ins Zimmer zieht. Der Boden im Bad wird scheinbar auch nicht regelmäßig feucht...

"I got exactly what I paid for and was happy for the most part. Two blaring problems - Google Maps says the site offers self-serve laundry but they do not. This ruined a day of plans since I needed to figure out how to get clean clothes... and no one from the desk ever followed up on my request for more information/clarity. Second was the bath towel in the room had two very big stains... got in late during checkin and didn't realize it until after I got out of the shower."

Breakfast was good and plenty of variety on buffet. If I return to Austin in future I will stay there again. Great access to various places I needed to go to."

"There were NON-HANDICAPPED vehicles parked in the handicap parking spots. One person said they were just visiting a guest. Another said they park there all the time. Three of the vehicles had NO handicap plates or Placards. Very difficult for us to move to the door. We were too exhausted to make a seen. We will not stay here again. There are many other places to pick from nearby."
