"It was convenient and quiet despite being close to a heavily trafficked road. The shower was very nice. Not quite in walking distance but easy access to all things Charlotte. Easy in and out. Only beefs were - 1 the bedding for pullout wasn’t in the marked closet and had to do a hide and seek and seek to find it (but was clean and adequate when located) 2-the gap above the built in divider between the bedroom and living area means light from one room shines into the other. 3-finding a...

"Great location! We had 1st floor 1 bedroom with walkout to street. So convenient. Thought it would be loud being street level, but was never an issue. Would definitely book there again. "

"My experience and stay were amazing. The place was spotless clean. The entire stay and process was seamless. It had everything I needed, very comfortable and made my trip really incredible. The only thing I can say as room for improvement is that the cookware - specifically the frying pans were so bad I was unable to cook on them and went to purchase my own so I could cook my meals. "Had a great stay! Stayed in Southend and went to The Eagles concert at Spectrum. Owner very responsive, reserved parking (1 space) plus street parking. Apartment in a multiapartment building so a coded lock on outside door as well as on the apartment door (different codes). It is a second-floor apartment with no elevator. Owner provided bottled water, coffee machine and coffee bag, juice and basic mixers. Will be back."

"This property was perfect for what we needed it for. It was close to some amazing restaurants and and easy drive to the speedway. They had heated floors in the bathroom and even a laundry shoot to a private room with a washer and dryer. The hosts were amazing and continued to check in and make sure we had everything.
