We love Pensacola Beach and the proximity of most spots on Ft. Pickens Rd to the Gulf. Loved the location of Baywatch with views of the Bay and easy access to the beautiful Gulf beaches. However, I was a little disappointed that we were on a 3rd floor condo, with no elevator. It was not a huge issue for me, but I could see where it might be for a typical 69-year old! Would’ve been nice to know when the reservation was being considered. Also, our condo could use some deeper cleaning and some refreshing of surfaces, including floors and bathroom areas. Furniture had some grimy, grungy areas that were not pleasant. Bottoms of drapery panels in living area were badly soiled and floor around sliding glass door also looked very dirty. Dishwasher worked well, but had a musty odor after use. Some minor broken things, furnishings reported to property management already.

Nice condo!

We enjoyed our stay! We had a small problem getting our code to work but after contacting them they sent us a new code and everything was fine. Their response time was quick! It was also close to the beach which was our main focus! Definitely recommend staying here!

Baywatch F10

In need of so freshening up. Couch was dingy, rug was worn, wall paint needs work. Bathrooms old and dingy. Condo complex was having construction done on siding and balconies so there was a lot of banging and drilling going on. Originally booked to stay 5 nights but ended up moving after the first night. Property management help get us moved the next morning

This property needs to be upgraded. The tile through the whole condo was broken. The fold out couch needs to be replaced. I loved the fridge though. The 4 flights of stairs was rough.
