"What an awesome place! It was much larger than we thought split over 3 levels. Middle one has the front room and kitchen, downstairs twin room plus sun room and bathroom. "Lovely clean, cosy accommodation with everything included for a great holiday. Brilliant location made it easy to get to anywhere in Cornwall. Yet quiet and rural with great views of the estuary. Really liked being able to walk into Padstow and back. All in all would certainly recommend for a couple. "

"Lovely property and very clean. Kitchen well equipped and nice little patio outside. Lounge small and small shower room downstairs which doesn't suit everyone. Stairs very steep. Beds comfy and warm. Unloading and loading is tricky - need to park on quite a busy road which is quite tight."

"I Had a Very Nice Week At This holiday home at the parkdean joliday park Newquay I jave been to Newquay many years previous so it was nice to revisit place I Had Previously Visited The holiday home was very nice it Ended up Very Expensive As It Was Only Me On Holiday And This Kind Of Holiday Would Have Been alot cheaper if the cost was shared with around six people staying in the holiday home but that eas my chosen Holiday But I Enjoyed My Time There "

"I received a free upgrade to one of the Lodges so don't actually know about Davy Cottage. However, the lodge called Owls Nest was lovely. Spacious, well equipped, clean and really comfortable. The view was great. Parking was directly outside. The road is rather pot-holed (not unlike the rest of the country!) and I didn't like the black towels which left lint all over me, but that is really me being finicky! We ate in the restaurant one evening which was very good. The peacocks were amusing,...
