"Great property, very clean and host was quick to reply. We were impressed with the amenities available (most places don’t have detergent, etc) and the view was amazing! We didn’t have time to go to the dock but it looked very nice! Wish we had time to stay longer. We will definitely try to stay there again for our next family event"

"This house has an ideal location to see lots of local sites of interest in the Hyde Park and Poughkeepsie area. Easy trip from there to West Point, Hyde Park and the Culinary Institute from the location, and great restaurant, Tiramasu, is very close. The house is immaculate! The beds were very comfortable, linens were provided, the bathrooms were spacious and the five of us had plenty of room for our toiletries. The house has steps to its multiple levels for all essential rooms, not accessible....

We needed to add an extra day at the last minute and Marissa was very responsive and accommodating. The house was clean upon our arrival and entry was a breeze. Every bed is so comfortable, we loved the artwork, and the home exudes relaxation and warmth. It was immaculate and extremely clean. "We had a lovely weekend stay for a quick family get-away. The main kitchen and living area has spectacular views onto the lake as does the deck where we spent most of our time. The lake is just across the very quiet street. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, the host super responsive and the rooms very comfortable. We did not use the well equipped basement work-out and additional TV space but it looked great. Easy to get to grocery store, hikes, local attractions but honestly we just loved...

"It's a converted garage with a cement floor but it's covered in area rugs so tolerable. Shower leaves a lot to be desired. Modern appliances and antique furnishings create a unique feel. Hot tub is nice but had a musty smell. Unable to use outdoor fire pit due to no kindling, only split logs. Also unable to use indoor pellet stove due to not enough pellets. Overall a relaxing, cozy place and we did enjoy it."

"We absolutely loved the house! This was the perfect place to bring my adult children together for a weekend away. The rooms were beautiful, beds were super comfortable, and house nicely decorated. "This place was amazing! The only reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is because check in is way too late. It would have been nice if it was earlier 4pm? Every other place that we have ever stayed whether it’s in US or abroad has always been 3 the latest."

"The neighborhood was clean, upscale, and beautifully kept. It came with Candlewood Beach access. The second story suite was gorgeous, clean, and well apportioned. The bed was comfortable. The whole house was well maintained and a wonderful,"homey" feel to it. The Hostess was friendly, cheerful, and very accommodating. The house is on the hillside leading to Lake Candlewood. As can be imagined, the views from the windows were outstanding."
