Parc Nacional Esculls de Cozumel

Staff were so nice here! Rooms were spacious and lovely views of the ocean. The whole hotel was cute and calm, very relaxing environment. Exactly what I needed. A short ride to playa ferry and shops.

The view and beach was wonderful. Beach loungers needed replacing or repaired. Most of the staff was not attentive or caring for customers. The service was slow. Food was burnt or cold. Bacon was either burnt or raw for breakfast each morning! Wait staff spent a lot of time visiting with each other than serving customers. No turndown service 8/10 nights even after calling front desk. Information sheet on restaurants opening incorrect. Only one restaurant and a buffet open each night. After 25 year of visiting different resorts this is the worst we have ever had! After visiting with other customers at the resort they had same opinion. We would recommend another choice in resorts not this one after our second visit in five years! There are a lot better on out there than this one we experienced.
