Small apartment sleeps 3 in the center of Parabita, for vacations in the Gallipoli area. The vacation home is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, safe, hair dryer, TV, electric oven, mosquito nets.
The house has a lovely inner courtyard with a 2-seater hot tub for the exclusive use of guests.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a 2-unit complex with a shared entrance.

The
vacation home has a shared entrance into an outdoor hallway with a
gate. A furnished courtyard with a two-person Jacuzzi, outdoor armchairs
and plants serves as the entrance.
Modern, designer furnishings
and characteristic vaulted ceilings distinguish the ground-floor
apartment, which consists of a living room with an open kitchen with
induction cooktop, 1 double bedroom and full shower room.
Air conditioning is present in all rooms. The third bed is on a cot that can be placed in the living room.

The complex Carraio Salentino is located in the center of Parabita, a beautiful and ancient town in the heart of Salento, 10 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Gallipoli and Baia Verde.
In the center of Parabita there are all the main services.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- Jacuzzi available from June to September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The flat is on the ground floor in a small complex of 2 housing units with shared entrance.
- The third bed is with camp bed that can be positioned in the living room.
- Inside the flats there are cameras which can be disabled on request.
