Apartment located in a protected natural paradise with 25km of wonderful sandy white beaches. The spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean gives unforgettable emotions day and night.
The accommodation is just 300 meters from the sea and offers spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean at 180 degrees.
The total silence is interrupted only by the music of the sea and by the slight rustling of the wind.
By foot you can get to the world's largest Surf / Kite Surf center.
The apartment is approximately 55 sqm, fully furnished, consisting of a large living room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, bathroom, outside panoramic balcony. It is equipped with fridge, washing machine, sofa bed in living room, LED TV, coffee machine, kettle, plus the most complete kitchen equipment.
The complex has a wonderful swimming pool available for guests.

The apartment is located in a strategic area of ​​the island, allowing fantastic nature hikes of all kinds and every kind of water sports (kite surf and wind surfing) to a few meters.
On foot you can reach Renè Egli, the world's largest wind surfing / kite surfing center

Perfect apartment in a beautiful location. Views were fantastic . Our host Francis was so helpful throughout our 2 week stay , although we never met him he was always available by phone . . You do need a car to access the beautiful surroundings. Would be more than happy to stay again . Thank you Francis

Tolle Unterkunft mit Ausblick

Ein wunderbares Preis- Leistungsverhältnis erwartet einen in dieser Unterkunft. Über eine kurze Schotterpiste erreicht man die Unterkunft, welche in einem großen Gebäude mit vielen Einheiten liegt. Parkplätze sind manchmal knapp, aber man findet immer etwas. Das Gebäude selbst ist am Berg gelegen zwar keine Zierde, aber aus der Wohnung und vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer, auf die Lagune und in Richtung von Costa Calma. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich und pflegeleicht eingerichtet. Natürlich recht einfach, aber es ist alles da was man für die Selbstversorgung benötigt, u.a. Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle mit Grill und Ofen, Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach, Waschmaschine - alles modern und sauber. Von den (vielen) Nachbarn hört man natürlich immer mal etwas, aber Nachts ist es absolut ruhig gewesen. Es gibt kein WLAN, aber in der Wohnung ist sehr guter Mobilfunkempfang verschiedener Netzbetreiber. Tolle Betreuung durch den Gastgeber. Immer ansprechbar mit vielen Tipps und Hinweisen! Gerne wieder!

Vacanza meravigliosa!!!

Appartamento semplice nell'arredamento, pulito e nuovo con una bellissima vista sull'oceano, fornito di tutto ciò che può essere utile durante un soggiorno (detersivi, lavatrice...). La disponibilità di Francis prima e nel corso del soggiorno è stata davvero fuori del comune, ci ha fornito supporto nella scelta delle numerose esperienze da fare sull'isola e sui migliori ristoranti. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno in questo piccolo angolo di paradiso!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit herrlichen Blick auf das Meer

Die Lage der Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer deren Ausstattung die Sauberkeit sowie die Freundlichkeit des Vermieters verdienen definitiv die maximale Punktzahl. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich und beinhaltet wirklich alles, was man für die Selbstverpflegung braucht. Wir haben uns die zwei Wochen im Oktober dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei Ankunft stand auf dem Tisch ein nettes Begrüßungsgeschenk. Der Vermieter Francis, ist jederzeit hilfsbereit und hat uns laufend mit vielen Tipps rund um die Gegend versorgt. Vielen Dank dafür!!! Die ganze Ferienanlage inkl. Pool ist sehr sauber und ruhig. Einen Mietwagen würden wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen, Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen. Insgesamt war es für uns ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Fantastic appartment in a truly stunning location!!

My husband and I booked this appartment for 10 nights for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed! The appartment is located in the sunning south of the island - the balcony is such a plus in the mornings with the sunshine, looking over the amazing kite surfing beach. The appartment had everything we needed and was nice and clean in all areas. On the day we arrived, Francis messaged us with information about check in and local shops and restaurants which was so helpful. In fact, when we messaged him for advice he was right on hand to offer guidance - it was like having a virtual tour guide! We would most definitely come back here and would recommend it for either a long or short stay, get booking!

Real paradise!!!

The place is wonderful, perfect for relaxing but even for water sports like windsurfing or kitesurfing. The house is very nice, with a fantastic view of the sea. It's clean and with everything you need. Francis is too kind and will try to solve everything you need. He took care of everything to suggest us the best places to visit to make us enjoy our vacation. Very suggested!! Il posto è meraviglioso, tranquillo e rilassante, ma proprio sopra un centro windsurf & kitesurf per gli appassionati. La casa è davvero bella, sia la struttura che l'appartamento. Elettrodomestici e interni sembrano nuovi. Francis poi è di una gentilezza unica, ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie e ci ha consigliato al meglio perchè potessimo divertirci in questa vacanza: se mai aveste il minimo inconveniente sono sicuro che si adopererà al massimo per risolvere i problemi. Troppo gentile davvero, non vedo l'ora di tornare in questo magnifico posto.

A very good appartment with a fantastic sea view and a very obliging host.

The appartment is exactly like shown in the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The big fridge with freezer is very nice to have. Thanks for the starter package with water, milk, coffee, cookies and shower gel... if we could, we would stay longer... thanks although for the very good tips of beautifull places on the island.

Tolle Lage gepflegte und saubere Anlage und Ferienwohnung hilfreiche Kommunikation

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer gepflegte und ruhigen Anlage mit windgeschütztem Außenpool zu finden. Modernes Duschbad mit gut ausgestatteter Küche ermöglichen auch vernünftige Selbstverpflegung. Alles sehr sauber und gute Betten. Die Aussicht auf den Strand vom Balkon ist sicherlich ein Highligt der Wohnung. Innerhalb von 7 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand und in der Lagune von Jandia. Francis, der Besitzer, ist sehr hilfreich bei allen Fragen rund um die Wohnung und auch allgemeine Fragen zum Urlaub und Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten. Francis antwortet sofort. Danke! Clean and modern apartment in a great location

Perfect place for a relaxing break. The clean and modern apartment has everything you need. Whilst a car is required to reach the larger resorts, the onsite pool and beach were nearby and quiet even in peak season. Finally the owner provided great communication and even coffee, water and biscuits on arrival. Highly recommended
