"We have a wonderful stay at the villa, the views are fabulous, it’s a sweet town about an hour from Athens. There is a corner store not too far for some supplies coffee etc and the marina is about a 15min drive with shops and restaurants and lovely views on the harbour. The villa is a lovely place to relax with lots of room for a large group, pool is beautiful. Suggest having a rental car for sure, lovely beaches in the area as well. Easy drive to Athens as well."

"Absolutely loved my stay at the Villa. Pictures are 100% accurate. Wasnt even aware of the private tennis court and basketball goal. Rackets and balls available. Plan on coming back with my family! Quiet area and plenty of restaurants nearby"

"Emplacement de la maison à quelques mètres du port de Vourkari donc idéale pour aller boire un café ou dîner. Les espaces extérieurs de la maison sont très agréables et spacieux. Nous étendions certains soir la musique du restaurant situé en contrebas et cela était plutôt sympathique . La piscine est grande et la table de la terrasse très agréable. Vue juste sublime. Maison très calme. On a adoré."

"Fint opphold, vi hadde begge husene på eiendommen. Det er vi glade for, da basseng er felles for begge husene. Vi var 16 stk. hvor barna/ungdommene er fra 12-18 år. Det var kajakker for utlån til eiendommen. Det kunne vært biljard, bordtennis eller lignende, slik at ungdommene hadde aktiviteter utenom padling og bading. Det hadde også vært fint om det stod noen sykler på eiendommen som man kunne lånt. Utearealene er veldig fine. Kjøkkenet kunne vært bedre utstyrt, med større kjøleskap og bedre...

"The property was very well appointed and very comfortable. Check in with Alexandra was very easy. My ONLY issue with this property is that I am “scent sensitive “; it is a migraine headache trigger for me and others. When we arrived there was a cinnamon aroma (sticks). Upon going to bed, I found that the linens were also noticeably scented. I could put the cinnamon device outside but couldn’t do much to counteract the scent on the linens and it affected me. "Beautiful property. Only one issue: People smoking on their balcony/terrasse/ around the pool are really disgusting. You're quietly having a drink on the terrasse and then you recieve a big whip of smoke, you just wanna vomit. Sorry. In 2025, smoking should be totally banned on all hotel premises. This was the only negative point. Rest is wonderful. "

"This was our first family visit to the beautiful island of Kea. The house is set in a fantastic location and we spent many evenings watching amazing sunsets over the bay of Vourkari and the island of Makronisos from the pool and outside dining terrace. The house is beautifully decorated and very well equipped and within walking distance of a number of good restaurants in the port of Vourkari. "Maria couldn't have done more to make our visit as easy as possible. From the initial booking process to arrival, and departure, she was extremely helpful, replying promptly to messages and helping with taxis and transfers. The villa is in a stunning location, only accessible by car- the roads aren't suitable for walking due to being narrow windy mountainous roads. "The property is in great condition. All kitchen appliances are available and good quality. Great landscaping all over and at the back there is a vegetable garden and the owner told us to pick as much as you want so very tasty tomatoes, peppers, courgettes and egg plants. The pool is quite good but needs little cleaning but it’s not a big deal. Agents handling the villa are so helpful and promptly responded to our queries."
