Quietly situated in an exclusive beach resort in Alimini, a short walk from Otranto Bay this is the ideal choice for groups of family or friends looking for a relaxing beach holiday.

The villa is arranged over two floors, enjoys a well-kept garden and a spacious veranda set up for alfresco dining. Inside, on the ground floor guests will find an open plan living space furnished with a dining table, flat screen TV and a kitchen fitted with; a Mokka coffee maker, a cooker hob, dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

The resort offers a wide range of facilities, including direct access to a private beach with sunbeds and parasols, a shared pool with a lifeguard, and entertainment for all ages. There is also a children’s play area, a supermarket, a newsagent, a restaurant and bar, an ATM, and a full-time reception to help with any queries.

Sleeping

Bedroom 1: The first bedroom is positioned on the ground floor and furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is positioned on the first floor and furnished with twin joinable beds, a set of bunk beds and a large wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: The third bedroom is positioned in an alcove furnished with a single bed and separated with a curtain.

Bathrooms

Bathrooms 1 & 2: There are two bathrooms one on each floor, both are equipped with a shower, a washbasin, a bidet and a WC.

Location

The apartment is located in a small resort on the Adriatic coast between Torre dell’Orso and Otranto close to some of Salento’s most beautiful beaches. Baia dei Turchi and the Faraglioni di Sant’Andrea bathing rocks are both approximately a 10-minutes\' drive away. Guests also have direct access to the resorts own sandy beach and crystal-clear waters.

Away from the coast, the famous Alimini lakes, a haven for bird watchers are just a 4-minute drive from the resort. Here visitors can hire canoes or enjoy hiking, picnicking and swimming.

Another popular excursion is a trip to the peaceful Port of Otranto (a 15-minute drive). Here visitors can enjoy the castle, dine in excellent restaurants and explore the weekly market, (Wednesday morning) a wonderful source of local ingredients to cook at home.

The closest airport is at Brindisi, an hour and 10-minutes drive away.
