"Checkin in was quick and staff friendly. Assigned room 101. Bed was very comfortable and main furnishings were adequate. Room had two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. The one with shower was poorly set up, in that water did not fully drain inside shower instead going under door and cover most of floor outside. No drain in floor outside shower. Only two body towels provided, no hand towels. Previous occupants partially used shampoo and body wash bottles left in shower. ...

Bij de receptie werd verteld dat het een "Mountain Lodge" was dat inderdaad geen uitzicht op de bergen had, maar dat Hotels.com geen keuzemogelijkheid had om het goed aan te geven.
