One small thing to note is that the outdoor parking can sometimes be a bit challenging, especially when there is ice. Also, the shower floor in Room #3 felt a little slippery to me—perhaps adding something for traction could help improve safety. Overall, I’m very grateful to have stayed here. Thank you!"

"The pool was warm. We usually stay at places as we're a group of 5 (2adults 3 kids) and I never use the pool because it's cold. The pool here was perfectly heated. Facility is super clean. We'll make this our regular place to stay in Ottawa from now on "
