"This apartment is brand new. Everything about it is great. When we got there the air conditioner was on and the apartment was cool. Sevilla is hot especially in the summer and it was so nice to come in and the apartment was at a nice temperature. I would definitely stay here again. I did run into a question to get in. There were two doors on this building that had the address “No. 3”. I went to the wrong door first. I was confused and so I sent a message to the property manager. They answered...

"Everything we 5 guests could have needed. There was an issue with the elevator and our host was very responsive and had it fixed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, well-equipped and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed and more and the rooftop terrace was such a treat--wonderful views. It was a perfect week in Seville."

"Great location and value near everything in Seville. Only stayed one night, but it was clean, comfortable, and near all the sites for quickly touring Seville. Used the bus terminal and it is within walking distance. Even though we had to pick up keys, communication with Miguel was excellent and were met with the keys right when we arrived. Easy process. If ever in the Andalucía area again, will definitely stay here."
