"We were disappointed by our stay at this hotel. The room was basic and the bathroom was small. The hotel is dated. Cleaners woke us every morning talking and parking cleaning trolleys outside the room. Also heard noise from neighbouring rooms when they used the shower. Water temperature changed during showering from cool to very hot. Pool area was nice but tied. Decided not to eat at the hotel more cost effective and nicer experience to eat local to the hotel. "

"Aroa, the receptionist was sooo helpful. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Rooms were a very pleasant surprise. Being available 24/7 was helpful in securing transportation. Highly recommend, would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Room was very clean. Staff was helpful, even provided us a map and marked out the prominent to see attractions and the directions from the hotel. Cannot comment on breakfast as did not opt for it. The location is superb. It is near bus station and walking distance to all the major attractions and right below hotel were many eateries and shops. Only one jarring note that management may want to look into is that on their website, it mentioned that for sundays and mondays, late checkout up...
