"The hotel is generally very good and the staff courteous and friendly. The rooms are also comfortable though could do with some attention. The base of the bed was ripped. chunks out of the wall etc. Nothing that can't be fixed but slightly dampened an otherwise enjoyable stay."

"The place is very good located at the heart of the city. Just 10 minute walk to Oxford-Road train station and 15 minute walk or less to Picadilly Station. There are lots of restaurants and take aways close to the place. City Center is just 5 to 10 minute walk. The hotel is pretty good and personnel very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is average, I think it should be imporved. Overall stay was grat ! Thanks !"

"Hotel is fabulous with superb facilities. Swimming pool and gym are very modern and well maintained. Bar area was lovely and food was tasty and reasonably priced. Room was contemporary, clean and met all your needs including tea, coffee and luxury biscuits. Staff friendly and helpful. All in all great value for money."
