"The house was beautiful, everything we needed. The garage was perfect for the bikes after a day of exploring the hills. Great area at night to prepare meals and relax with cocktails. We travel extensively, always choosing VRBO’s so we have a base camp, so-to-speak. It was my fault but I should have looked at how close the interstate is to the back of the property as the primary bedroom was incredibly loud and you couldn’t visit on deck without yelling. I find it hard to believe that no other...

"We had a great stay at the lake house. We visited Petit Jean state park while staying there. It was an easy 30 minute drive. The zip line was fun for all of us. The sunset views from the living room and deck were beautiful. The house is very well stocked. The beds were comfy and the dock at the lake is very nice. My son enjoyed fishing so much that we never had time to go kayaking! We would definitely stay here again."

"Old farmhouse renovated nestled in-between cows and every day farm life. Very quiet place with birds,cows and an occasional tractor going through the farm. House is very comfortable and relaxing."

"Cozy lake house with fabulous view! A very comfortable place to spend a lazy weekend. The host responded very quickly to all messages, and he gave us great suggestions for things to do in the area. There was an osprey nesting offshore, and lots of birds nearby. We went on hikes that the host recommended. Neighbors were all friendly. The kitchen had all necessary pots and pans and tools for cooking all weekend. There is a really nice grocery store in town, too. It was the perfect place to watch...

"We stayed at this property for two nights. We came from South Carolina to watch the Total Solar Eclipse. Our stay could not have been more perfect. From the homemade brownies, snacks, bottled water, and fully-stocked refrigerator to the quaint, clean and comfortable house to the gorgeous, huge and secluded setting, we were absolutely thrilled with our stay.
