From the moment you arrive at Sea Breeze, you will feel relaxed and ready to start making ever-lasting memories with friends and family.
This stylish unit has an open plan living/dining/kitchen space that overlooks the outside deck. Year round comfort can be assured with the split system air-conditioning. Depending on the time of day or weather outside, you can relax on the balcony or the open pergola and dine alfresco. There are two good-size bedrooms, both with built-in robes, and a well-appointed bathroom with a separate toilet and direct access to the laundry. A single carport completes the layout.
The pristine sands of Ocean Grove Beach are only a short walk from your front door and you’re also close to all the bustling cafes, restaurants, shops and amenities that line the main street.
- Bedroom 1 has 1 x queen bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 x double and 1 x single bed. There is a sofa bed in the main living space which can sleep a further two guests. This unit sleeps a maximum of 7 guests.

Guests have access to the whole unit. GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbors. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for Schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided.
CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Failure to check out at the agreed time will incur a fee of $110 per hour. Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys.
COOKING: cooking of curries or other strong foods in this home will incur a $450 deep Cleaning fee due to the intense cleaning required to remove smells between short term stay guests.
THIS PROPERTY DOES ACCEPT PETS- the rear yard is fully enclosed, you must pick up after your pet. Maximum 2 dogs upon agreement only. No Pets inside the home apart from the garage for sleeping and must not under any circumstances be left inside the home unattended or go upstairs at all , to protect the polished floorboards. You understand you are responsible for damages caused by your pet, extra cleaning charges if there is evidence of a pet inside the home or for cleaners required to pick up dog poo from the yard.
UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforseen unavoidable circumstances.
PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may ocurr. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules. THIS PROPERTY IS STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES. There should be no disturbance to neighbors at anytime during your stay.
LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee. Stays longer than 2 weeks will incur a mandatory housekeeping service for an additional fee-please check what this is before booking. Failure to accept this after check in will be seen as a breach of the house rules and may result in termination of your booking without refund.
YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm. Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $100 call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required.
Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish that is left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish and so forth. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $400 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Host on the Coast is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.

Beach haven.
This property is a treasure and has it all with the perfect location - close to the beach and the shops and situated in a very quiet street. The beach decor displayed throughout the unit is tasteful and uplifting and some thoughtful renovations made for a very comfortable stay.

Lovely house in a fantastic position
Great home in a fantastic position, so close to beach and main shops. Very quiet location. House was clean and had everything one could need. I really liked the way it has been done up with the beachy feel. Nice little yard. Very comfortable home to stay in. I would definately recommend this property and I would certainly like to return sometime in the future.

Great location
My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Can not fault the location. Just a short walk to shops and the beach. The Property was nice, however the bins were completely full and overflowing with rubbish around the bins so we had no where to put our rubbish.
The gardens were not mowed and weeds as tall as my 5 year old. The entire yard wasn’t clean , however inside was clean, but couldn’t get the stove to work and couch was uncomfortable and dated.
