"The Royal Kuhio is in a great spot in Honolulu. It's about 5 to 10 mins from the beach and is one street off from the main tourist area of shops. Would go back in an instant."

"Condo was extremely dirty upon arrival. Sheets and towels stained, and floors were not clean. We found wet towels in the washing machine from the previous occupants. Had to rewash ourselves. 5 roaches crawled out from under the kitchen base cabinets. Coffee pot didn't work and kitchen accessories were a mess. Also were unable to open rear sliding glass door. We had friends staying in units in the same community and their units had been updated and were clean. I would not recommend this condo for...

"Sadly this was the poorest service of any vacation rental I've stayed in. There was no toilet paper, no hand soap, no hand towels, and the internet didn't work. We had to leave the rental early because of the historic floods in the area -- there are only two roads to the condo and one of them was already impassable due to the floods.
