"宿泊初日、ロングフライトを経て、さてゆっくりお風呂に入ろうとしたら、全館で湯が出ないとかで、小汚いままで就寝したのは、旅人生で初めて。4泊したが、室内清掃あったのか、初日のみ 二日目から、タオル交換なし、グラスも汚れたままで替えて貰えず アメニティもほぼない もちろんルームサービスに連絡したが中々対応されず というか対応なし エレベーター前の共用部にゴミが捨てられてた バルコニーは薄い低い鉄柵で、怖かった 普段19階に住んでいるから高所は馴染みがあるが、このバルコニーは怖かった 施設も古く、ハワイアン🌺な雰囲気は、、全く味わえなかった 昔の安い地方の観光地みたいで非常に失望した ハレクラニに昼ごはんに行って、なんとかハワイらしさを感じた ..."
