"I requested rooms next to each other when I booked, which was 11 months in advance. The request wasn't accommodated after many emails and calls verifying the request. The staff was rude and unwelcoming. The rooms were dirty, the bathroom door handle was falling off, hair all over the bathroom, the pool was cloudy and overcrowded, and the garbage cans by the pool were overflowing. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There are much better options nearby."
