"This was a great retreat right in the middle of Times Square. Clean hotel with restaurants, bars and a pool. Rooms were cute and comfortable. Had a coffee maker and free water. Bed was comfortable large, bathroom was clean. Room service came daily. Only cons are that the elevators can be slow at peak times. But you will have that anywhere with more than 10 floors. Did not run into a single unfriendly staff member."

"Staff was friendly and helpful, clean facility, great location, key cards worked, complimentary coffee and croissant next door very pleasant. Great shower and water pressure. Only complaints: no in room coffee machine, fridge was an extra charge, amenities fees doubled from one to two hundred after our reservation and we had no closet, one hanger, no drawers, no suitcase stands for a six day stay. Room was small, but that’s NYC."

I would 1000% stay again if I came back to NYC. And Times Square is right around the corner. You can see the red stairs from the front door of the hotel"

"The room and staff and restaurant were wonderful. House keeping was excellent and the staff could not be more pleasant or helpful. We had a lovely extended breakfast with no rush. Our room with two full beds was very large. The beds were comfortable. My only minor contact was the limited storage and counter space in the bathroom. It was hard to keep the are around the sink dry. But we will stay again. Thank you."

"We love the hotel and its location!! Super close to Chinatown, Noho, SoHo and very safe. The bakery next door sends croissants for the guests for breakfast everyday !! Will be back!!"
