¡Excelente ubicación! Bonita casa de 4 dormitorios (capacidad para 8) ubicada en el corazón de la ciudad con el casino en la calle y las cataratas a pocos pasos de distancia. Esta casa ha sido completamente pintada y remodelada con una hermosa cocina totalmente equipada, cuatro habitaciones bien decoradas y una sala de estar y comedor muy acogedores. También hay un lindo patio en la parte de atrás. Puede estacionar su automóvil en la casa y disfrutar de todos los sitios turísticos a pie. Third Street con sus restaurantes y bares también está a la vuelta de la esquina.

Road Trip

This was the PERFECT location for our stay to go into Canada. It was great to come back to a place to call ours for a short time. Due to cooler weather and rain didnt get much time after our excursions to walk around outside but one day and it is truly close to everything and a good walk. Super close to the park where you can view Canada. We were able to do laundry & repack with clean clothes. Communication with the owners was a breeze. Thank you for allowing us in your home. We all loved it. My only recommendation since I brought my instant pot, would to have a cookie sheet and maybe a little more of a selection of cooking tools, but other than that, this was the perfect place to stay for iur road trip. Blessings

Neighborhood

Loved everything about property it was great the neighbors not so much. Screaming, yelling, fighting and witnessing drug deals outside the home while on the porch with our children all hours of the night. Wouldn’t recommend for a family with young children.

Nice place to stay in Niagara

We stayed here during our trip to Niagara. The house is well cared for and clean. The location is close to everything; we were able to park the car and walk everywhere. The area and the property outside the house was not as clean but it felt safe. The biggest issue we had was the house felt cold even when the thermostat read a reasonable temperature.

Great Family stay

We loved the house. Plenty of room for everyone. We had 2 adults and 5 kids(ages 5-17). I wish there were some cards or board games but we compromised on movie nights. Location was amazing. Walking distance to the falls. We had to drive due to weather.

Great getaway

Nice property that is convenient to the falls. There are some nice local restaurants close by as well. The area overall has had some tough economic times but it would be hard to find a more convenient location to the falls. We had a great trip and the hosts were great to work with.

We had the unfortunate experience of arriving at 5 PM after a 9-hour drive in freezing temperatures, only to find that the house was not ready. While this was disappointing, we appreciated the compensation provided. The house itself was lovely, well-furnished, and comfortable, though some kitchen utensils were not adequately cleaned. The location is convenient, though the surrounding neighborhood felt a bit shady at times. Overall, the stay offered good value for the price. However, the lack of fluid communication upon arrival was a significant issue that should be addressed - as I was not able to speak directly to the managers, only to communicate via delayed messages.

The property was well located , very close to the falls, casino etc. Also the property was clean, well maintained and had all basic amenities including a lot of kitchen utensils and cutlery. The downside was the temperature control. We arrived in December wen the tenperature was -18'c and the house wouldnt heat up well.The thermostat had a limit on the max temperature you can set! So there was no way to go beyond this. With kids in the house, it was not the optimal temperature, though luckily there were enough blankets. Also bear in mind that there is only 1 shower area in this house and with quite few filks staying it can be very tricky.

Perfect location

Disappointed by hosts poor communication

I would not stay at this property solely because of lack of communication by the host. I rented this property with my wife and 2 daughters, 13 and 11 years old. We drove 7 hours from NJ. The host sent the wrong address, we pulled up to a strange house in the middle of the night and the host also sent the wrong check in code, then was unavailable to help when I messaged, texted and called multiple times. We even indicated to the host 5 hours in advance when we would be arriving, yet host was unavailable. I had to get a hold of VRBO corporate to get into the property after 2 hours. The house was nice inside and the location was convenient, but the outside had trash everywhere and was not in a nice area. After the host ignored multiple requests over two weeks for compensation for their mistake, once again I had to contact VRBO corporate about compensation. I would not stay at this property.

Close to the falls, nice enough house, but in rundown area

We were a little shocked how rundown the street is, with boarded up and condemned houses around us. Didn't really feel that safe walking around at night. The house itself was alright for us. Spacious with a large TV and comfy couch for four. The beds were quite firm, but clean. The shower barely has power. All in all OK for a day or two, to see the falls.

Niagara trip

Initially we were scared because the neighborhood appeared run down and poorly maintained but turned out to be peaceful and quiet. Car was safe on the road side parking. Thermostat cannot be regulated to your comfort and owner did not respond to our request to know how to regulate the thermostat.

Cozy house and great location

The house itself is cozy and spacious inside. You can tell it's an older house but everything was clean. The lock on the upstairs bathroom didn't quite lock but overall the house was nice and the couch and beds were comfortable (the beds were firmer which was better for my group.) The casino is at the next corner and the falls were only like a 13 minute walk. Prepare yourself for the neighborhood though. There was quite a few boarded up houses with one that had spray painted "Crack house". We are from Philly and it felt like we were in some of the worst neighborhoods of Philly so it could be a potential culture shock to some. It was still pretty quiet even at night though.

Inside of house was perfect but....

The location/closeness of the property to the falls was perfect! Love the closet size half bath, so cute and the fact they restored the wood details throughout the house.The neighborhood was definitely a surprise being so close to a tourist destination. Very run down and we even heard gun shots the second night really close by to where we were staying. I believe for being a 4 bedroom 1-1/2 bath house that can accommodate 8 people that rental price is ok but I don't believe I would recommend staying in the neighborhood longer than the 2 nights that we stayed. Overall the outside of the property is black to white compared to the inside of the house which was beautifully updated. Everything you may be interested in visiting and or in need of is within walking distance. Owner of property very responsive.
