The cottage sits on its own, and has a secure gated driveway, but the added convenience of being just off the main road into Criccieth and Pwllheli, and with a mile walk to the beach. Well equipped in the main, though take your own loo rolls! Booked through Hotels.com but actually through Sykes Cottages, who offered great service on the phone. "Wonderfully clean, lovely house. Well appointed with comfortable beds, even the bunk beds! All the rooms have everything you need. Parked our skoda estate on the driveway and it fitted perfectly despite the fact it's a really long car. The host was wonderful, provided lots of helpful information and checked everything was OK during the stay by message. There's a fantastic curry house just a few minutes walk away that doesn't serve alcohol so you can take your own, no corkage. I can't think of a...

"Lovely house with everything need for a large family group . Excellent range of kitchen equipment and light bright dining space,perfect for social dining and family time. Utility room space very useful ! Enjoyed catching the sunshine in the garden and the house is in a great location with easy access to beaches and the amenities in Rhosneigr. Accommodation was amazing, everything we needed for a fantastic weekend climbing Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) and a forty minute picturesque drive to the Zip World centre in Bethesda. "We was met as soon as we arrived by clare. Cottage lovely and clean. The bed was so comfortable. The electric fire didnt give a lot of heat out but there was a spare electric heaterunder the stairs. The only thing i would suggest is maybe a throw in the living room just to snuggle under on an evening."
