"Booked a king suite room and at after checking in they gave me a kind regular room, they didn't have the king suite available...yet I had a whole active reservation for that type of room. I was never contacted prior to me checking in that my room typed was not available and here are the options if you're not happy with the issue.
When I have to reach out to the front desk and tell them this is not the room i booked. It's a oversight and unprofessional.
I kept the room due to the fact I had...

"It was hard to get the temperature to our liking in the room. The wall thermostat and the fan unit under the window did not seem to work together.
A heavier blanket on the bed would have been nice because even though we powered off the unit, the fan blew all night and it was cold.
On the plus side, the pool table in the bar area was great!"

The bed was very comfortable and I like that the room has several easily accessible, charging ports for phones and devices. I had a very nice big shower with toiletries that actually smell and feel good. The Air conditioner worked amazing. It was very conveniently located quick access to shopping and dining options. I would definitely stay here again."

"his is my second time staying here, mainly because it's so convenient to be across the street from Round Rock Sports Center. Unfortunately, my room is never ready at check-in. What makes it frustrating is that I arrive 1-2 hours past the official check-in time, giving them plenty of extra time. This place has great potential, but waiting around for a room after a busy day just isn't worth it."
