"Very clean room and bathroom. Our unit had a kitchenette. 4 restaurants within 5 minute walk. Girl who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. She made sure to let us know to take note of access code if we needed back into the building once she had left for the night. Would recommend and would stay again great price also."

"Nous avons passé de belles fêtes de Noël en famille dans cette maison. La maison est très agréable, avec différents espaces : repos sur de grands canapés, jeux (billard, ping pong, jeux de société), salle à manger spacieuse. Les alentours de la location sont également très beaux. Une réussite !"

"Lovely property with stunning views over open countryside down to the sea. Lots of wildlife around, incredibly peaceful location. Mechelle was a lovely host, easily contactable.The house was clean and comfortable. The pool, football table and table tennis kept our boys well entertained."

"We spent a wonderful week here. The location is really peaceful and the children loved the garden and games room. It is ideally located to visit sights in the area; Mont St Michel, St Malo, the d-day beaches and Bayeux were all within easy reach. We spent a great day at Carolles beach and recommend a visit into Avranches too. The house had everything we needed for a family holiday and we would definitely return."

"3 couples, 1 adult, 1 teen, 1 x 6 yrs and 1x 3 yrs. Everybody was very comfortable, the house has everything one could need and more. Fully equipped kitchen, high chairs for children, play room, washing machine, dryer and a wonderfull and well kept swimming pool. Yann and Pascal are great caretakers and they gave us a warm welcome with home made jam, they always checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will not forget."
