"Property was good for the price we paid and perfect for our needs. One thing needed… Floors were sticky. It may just be the cleaner they used. Also hot tub was cold water. We didn’t use it I til our last night so there was no need to ask for help with it. But I’m sure if we let them know it would have been fixed promptly. Communication was easy and great."

"We liked the place overall, but the bathrooms weren’t that clean and the beds were a bit hard. Coffeemaker wasn’t that clean either. Otherwise, the other amenities were good and we enjoyed the stay there."

"Love the view. The apartment was outdated. I would recommend updating it. We didn’t feel comfortable with that part. It looked pretty clean but there was some debris that I had to wipe up. The property manager was great, she answered any questions I had. You could walk to down town but we didn’t. There was a parking lot down the road for $15."

"This unit is very clean and comfortable. One minor hiccup at check in with the wifi code, but it was quickly resolved. The kitchen could stand to be stocked a bit better for those who will be doing cooking, but not a big deal for us. Overall, this was a great place to spend a few days in the mountains."

"The location is ideal for enjoying Gatlinburg - everything is easily accessible by walking or the community trolley. Access to Great Smoky Mountains NP is super convenient. The king size bed is very comfortable, and the decor of the condo is charming - it feels like a mountain lodge. The surrounding area is quiet. Parking is plentiful. The owners are readily available and super responsive. Check in and out is communicated well. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again."

"I can’t say enough about the view of the mountains! Truly breathtaking. The condo is very clean with basic amenities on hand. The check in process was easy and the host went above any beyond with information on the property and surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I loved the fact that although it was walking distance from town, it was not on the main street, so getting in and out was no problem. We were also very happy with the homey atmosphere. As to dislike, there was really only one thing, and that was because I wasn't aware that they didn't supply toiletries, so we had to make a quick trip to the drug store for shampoo and soap for the shower. "

"We were very pleased with the communication with the owner. He made sure we were taking care of. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a great location in Gatlinburg. The condo could use a few things like bigger end tables in the bedroom. trust me for us there was no issues but I could see others hoping for a little more"

"My family and I stayed here for Christmas as our first time in Tennessee. It was a cute little condo at the top of the mountain. I do wish the condo was decorated for Christmas decor like I thought it was going to be. But overall, it was a very quaint place for my family of 5 and we enjoyed the fireplace and the views!"

"We were upgraded our room and were given a much larger corner room. Besides the space, the hotel is in good conditions and in an extraordinary area. I would only recommend to have a better in-house restaurant. "
