"The staffs are great and accommodating. I booked a room for my elderly mum and wasn’t aware that it’s at end of the building (this place is huge) and need to walk up some stairs. She got upgraded to a studio which is just a short walk to all the restaurants and front entry, for 3 nights and no charges. If you after a place to relax, highly recommended. "The hotel is a bit far from the city, but the peaceful location surrounded by fields and fresh air makes it worth the trip. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One suggestion is to call ahead and confirm lunch or dinner availability. During my stay, the restaurant was closed whenever I wanted dinner, so I had to go elsewhere for food at night.
