"The staff at Seminyak Icon were so friendly. The communication was clear and via WhatsApp which made it convenient as an international traveller. The location is great as it’s on a quiet street and away from the hustle and bustle yet an easy walk to the Main Street. The villa is spacious and the pool was a great size. "

"The space is nice. Seems like at one time it was a really nice place but lacks maintenance and the place could have been cleaner better. The glassware needed to be rewashed before using and there was a plate with ants on it in the kitchen at check in. The TVs are old and don’t allow you to connect to netflix. The movie screen seemed great but didn’t actually function. Overall the space as lots of potential but needs to be managed better. With some TLC it could be a great option. "

Despertarse con los primeros rayos de sol y contemplar las vistas parecía de película. la comida italiana e indonesa riquísima y nada cara . El desayuno magnífico. Lo peor ha sido tener que marchar. "It was a very comfortable stay, and the staff was amazing!! They couldn't have treated us better. Customer service was first class. My only concern was the open bathroom invited many mosquitos into our room. Not sure if they were already nesting in our bungalow or snuck through the door, but after dusk it was a mosquito party in our room. The staff did spray our room for bugs and put a repellent coil in the bathroom. Thankfully, we also had a mosquito net. My friend and I were killing mosquitos...

"You get what you paid for. On positive note .Was private safe and reasonably quite. Bedding clean changed sheets every day .Unit cleaned everyday . All essential shopping close by. Staff pleasant however no english speaking staff. Stayed extra night due to flight change they accomadated me. Overall pleasent and clean stay. "

"Staff hotel sangat ramah dan membantu. Apartemen 3 kamarnya sangat luas dng kmr mandi dalam di setiap kamar. Dapur yg dilengkapi kulkas, kompor listrik, oven, microwave dan dispenser air. Berada di lingkungan yg tenang. Cocok utk keluarga dan rombongan yg tidak suka suasana ramai. Kekurangannya hotel ini terlihat kurang terawat, out of date, sayang sekali krn hotelnya cukup besar. Overall apartment butuh perbaikan dan pembaruan utk perlengkapan dan perabotannya. Peralatan dapurnya hanya ada...

"Mother and adult daughter stayed here for 10 days. Staff were amazing and helpful. Enjoyed the pool, good sized rooms, furnishings were a bit dated. Restuarant was great. Easy to book and great food"

"The best is the swimming pool if you feel to use it. If not, I wouldn't reccomend this hotel: the furniture is old and rusty, the walls paint is falling and globally it could be much more clean. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. "

"Never ever book this hotel even if you get free deal. Worst ever experience. I travel globally but never had such a bad experience anywhere. They literally don’t pick up your call if you need anything. The shower gel was finished and I made complaint 3 times, still they didn’t refill it. Also bathroom shower gel dispenser was broken before I checked in and they thought I broke it. Later on confessed that it was their mistake. The reception staff is not at all polite. "
