"At 1:00 am traffic from the international arrivals Grab lounge was 28 minutes. Check in with passport was smooth. Convenience store is across the street. For purchasing drinking water or other forgotten amenities. The hotel provides refillable glass bottles and water from a filtered water station at the reception center but we chose to purchase from the store. Hotel is five minutes from the port which is the prime reason for selecting this hotel. If your first stop is Nusa Penida and you...

"The stay was ok. Staff were friendly and was always ready to offer assistance. And garden was maintained and cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean but could require more attention to detail. We stayed during christmas season, and understood that it is the busy season. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I...
