"Booked the night just to be near the ferry departure. The homestay looks nice, but the smell of mouldy walls is really a thing. Ok just for one night. Staff was super helpful and the breakfast served at the bar next to the homestay was very nice."

"The rooms were very nice, large & clean & staff very friendly - tucked away in the back streets of Sanur (which is very safe for all), so nice & quiet area of Sanur but with easy walking distance to the main strip & beach - & in the back streets plenty of different eatting spots - i booked extra days & made it my base to explore other parts of Bali on day trips."

"Full of bedbugs. Please please don’t stay here. It has been one of the worst experience ever. It ruined my entire trip. I had to separate in ziplocks bags all my cloths, I got them in all my cloths. Needed to buy new stuff. I have bites in all my body and in the hotel didn’t Belive me and I showed them the bits, still itches. Still find the bedbugs in my cloths. Nightmare. Of course I left the place and they didn’t want to refund me. I went to a spa to asked they they can check my head if I had...

"We had a very pleasant stay at Prime Plaza Hotel in Sanur, Bali. The hotel is very large and offers many amenities, including a huge swimming pool and spacious common areas that make the experience very comfortable. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. While the hotel is not ultra-luxurious, it provides everything needed for a relaxing stay at a very good value. One of the things we appreciated the most was how peaceful the atmosphere felt. Even though the property is enormous, it never felt overcrowded or noisy. The staff was consistently attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, always willing to assist with a smile. Overall, Prime Plaza Hotel is an excellent option in Sanur for travelers looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing environment in Bali."
