２、wifiが弱い
３、朝食が良くない、不便；ドアに毎朝置かれるスタイル。大きなチャイムで強制的に呼ばれる（スマートではない）
４、部屋のリフレッシュが頼まない；電話で都度依頼するなど不便さを放置してあり、改善していない
５、部屋のブレーカーを自分で管理する、鍵は開閉がスマートではない
６、grabで住所表示されないため、初めてたどり着くには不便；近くのショッピングモール?、まで来た、そこからの徒歩を推奨します。間違ったところに着いたら、自己責任で。慎重なアプローチを。
７、フロントは横柄な対応するので、怒らないように（つまりは期待しないことが良いでしょう）"

"The hotel has a beautiful design and makes a great first impression. I was especially satisfied with the separate lobby area, which provides a quiet and comfortable space to relax. "大きくないホテルですがとてもオススメです。
まず立地が良いです、ハノイの市街をいろい ろ歩きましたが、ホテル周辺には美味しいフォー、バインミーなどありますし、ちょうどいいお土産屋さんもたくさんあります。湖までは歩いてすぐで、夜９時過ぎでも安心して歩けました。
そして、スタッフの方々のおもてなしが素晴らしかったです。チェックイン時のウェルカムドリンクのハーブティとドライフルーツが美味しくて、お土産に購入しました。滞在中はホテルに帰るたび笑顔で迎えてくれて安心です。
チェックアウト後も、荷物預かりはもちろん、着替えとシャワーのために部屋を貸していただけましたし、最後にはプチギフトをいただき、至れり尽くせりでした。
朝食も充実していて美味しかったです。部屋も清潔で広いです。ルーフトップバーもこじんまりしていますが、生演奏もやっていて雰囲気良かったです。

"The Sweet room we stayed in was excellent! Very spacious with two bedrooms and emperor space in the living room and dining area. Breakfast buffet was also great with good international selections, including Vietnamese favorites. The best of all was the hospitality of the staffs. I would highly recommend it for a family trip."

"My fiancé and I had an amazing stay! Everyone working here was so amazing, sweet, an accommodating. We were a little nervous going to Vietnam as both of us don’t speak Vietnamese fluently, but the staff spoke English so well! "Beautiful hotel in the middle of Hanoi Old Town. Room was relatively small compared to others I had stayed at but I think that's pretty normal for Hanoi. My room was really quiet, despite the location. Bed was super comfy. Staff were absolutely amazing. Sky Bar was gorgeous with lovely views - too cold to try the pool unfortunately! "
