"If you need a place in Grimsby to stay, this place is about as ideal as you could hope for. Tucked away on a side street but located within a stones throw of Grimsby town centre, its ideally located. Clean and comfortable too with a communal kitchen for all guests to use - something you don't often see! Very well priced too! There was a little hiccup with the check-in process but in fairness, it was rectified very quickly so no complaints there.
Overall, a definite recommend!"

"One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out.
Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. Walked in the main entrance to find a dirty hall smelling of strong mens after shave went up very steep stairs to the room and found everywhere filthy dirty hairs in the sink shower and bed, mud in the bed everywhere smeared ghe crocks in the...

"From the start Marie and her partner were welcoming hosts and showed us around, so easy to get along with ans friendly. She responded to messages promptly and the place was amazing! "Very accommodating for a group of 7 friends lovely location pool and hot tub went down well. Rooms were comfortable and clean kitchen and bathroom. Barbecue has a hole in it which can be used but replaceable aswell "

"A lovely friendly greeting on arrival. Bright, clean and spacious accommodation. Very good ambiance and pleasant surroundings. Very comfortable nights sleep and the highlight was being able to feed the alpacas and pig in the morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"The property was fantastic in every way. Absolutely ideal for same sex parties as single beds. Spacious and very clean. Great price.

"Beautifully clean studio with everything you need. Lovely tranquil location. Barbara and her husband were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend if you want somewhere to relax and get away from it all."
