"Great location and value. I appreciated the newness of the hotel and nice decor. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I did not appreciate having to pay extra for parking at a location nowhere near downtown. It was stated that it was for the security hired to monitor the parking lot. Has the general safety of Nashville so degraded that this was necessary?
We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again, the parking issue was just a surprise to me."

"It was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and away from all of the loud noise that is accompanied with Broadway. However, it was only 10 minutes away from Broadway so the Uber ride wasn't doable. If you rent a car. Finding free parking isn't that hard. Plus I loved the kitchen that came with it. One of the grips that I did have was that they didn't have an ironing board or an iron in the room."

"The staff at this hotel are excellent—friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, they are carrying this property harder than any hotel staff should have to.
The hotel itself is in serious need of a refurbishment. The air conditioner in my room appeared to be falling apart and was literally supported by what looked like a piece of 2x4 lumber underneath it. The bathroom was functional but looked tired and somewhat questionable.

"Loved our stay at The Soundry! The lobby smelled great and everything was so clean and cute. Our room was the perfect size and the stovetop was great to cut down on the cost of going out to eat. I read a few reviews about parking but we had no issue at all. Scooters were about $9 to get to Broadway. Ubers were $7-$10 and minimal wait time for drivers."

"We arrived around 12:30 pm from Indiana..didn’t have any trouble checking in at all. The room was very clean. An hour into my sleep there was disturbance next door to my room and it sounded like it was in my room. I had trouble falling back to sleep and had an early rise. Otherwise everything was fine."
