"Nice rooms but extremely small, as expected for NYC. My"city view" was if I cranked my neck 180 degrees while looking out of one corner to see a little patch of sky. Otherwise I was staring at another bank of wall and windows. The elevator situation is a mess. There is one that goes up and down to the 16-21 floors and the others are constant crammed. This needs updating in the worst way."

"Hotel is a great bang for your buck. Staff was kind throughout and held my bags before the morning of my checking until the room was ready. Rooms are very small and do not contain a private bathroom, but the hotel makes that clear up front and did a good job keeping the shared bathrooms clean and well stocked.
