"The room was very comfortable, safe and secure..
Staff was so helpful and always willing to assist..from the time we arrived to the time we left.. John, my barbados sister, and also my friend who lived in Staten Island, who was so happy when I got the chance to experience snow for the first time (ps can't remember their names) also had an issue with the heater in the room, called the front desk and within minutes they sent a portable one with a technician while they tried fixing the problem...
