We were severly disappointed in the correspondence of property management. We specifically stated that we did not have a car for transportation. After arriving at the train statiin, there were no taxis available. Luckily a nice lady from the restaurant gave us a ride to the property.After that no taxis, bus, or Uber would come get us.I had to pay 300 to order an Uber for the next morning to take us to Pisa. We reached out to the property management, they sent an emergency number equivalent to 911. The stairs to the beach were impassable.The door knob fell off inside the property when we opened the front door for the first time.And there were half used rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom with no backups, and the sink drain was clogged.The WIFI didn't work either.I have tried to get a refund for this horrid experience, but was declined.The house itself was beautiful, if I have one nice thing to say. My mother is 72 years old and I didn't feel it was safe to try to walk the narrow switchback road, with no shoulder to try to walk 25 minutes to the next small town for help.I am a General Manager of a fine dining establishment and I realize sometimes things go wrong.However, this listing is an outright lie when it comes to transportation and saftey for the guests.
