"Have rented many places in Jamaica - this one is my favourite! Do not go anywhere else! Clean, amazing view, nice small and quiet beach, large shared pool in the closed community, very nice staff. Walking distance to Riu Negril and 7-miles beach. Very responsive owner and always helpful when had any questions. Good quality of internet if you're going to work online. Nice welcome gift - made my kids very happy -snacks, water and juices in the fridge. Overall great experience. Would come back to...

"The home is lovely, it was like a little paradise. Everywhere were clean , the beds were comfortable and we were not bother by the host ,they gave us our privacy. the only thing I would suggest is to build up the shower a little higher so when you take a shower it does not flow over on the bathroom floor. I will definitely stay there again and would also recommend anyone to stay there."

Dwayne and T'man met us on arrival at airport, and were within earshot or a txt message all week. Pappa D, was a fantastic host who even invited us to sit in on his radio show. "The place is alright, but too far from shops and main roads, was not happy with the check points it's not a gated community, the place has a lot of underline issue, like the toilets needed to be able to flush properly, and chairs in kitchen needed to be fix and doors need handles lucks broken, house manager needed to be more polite"

"We thought the property was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our extended 7 day & 6 night stay. Barry was so gracious, helpful, friendly & kind. The property grounds were well maintained by Barry. He even shared the fruits that were planted on the trees in the garden. We got to experience the real Jamaica by staying at this home and not at the resorts. We will definitely be coming back to stay there when we visit Montego Bay in the future. "

"Stayed with my family of 6. Staff was very friendly. We felt safe on the property. Upon check-we we’re given the wrong room. Staff apologized and quickly righted the situation. Stayed in the lower jungle unit. Plenty of space. Not much hot water. Kitchen pretty bare bones. Beach is beautiful. It is more towards the end of 7 mile beach. Can walk for miles on the Sandy beach. A wind storm unfortunately came through during our stay and made a mess of the beach. The staff did there best to clean...
