"This is the second time we have stayed in this condo; 3rd time on the property. Since our last stay, the host has done some improvements with different furniture inside and outside. The host has also provided extras which is nice like laundry items and dishwasher pods, coolers, and beach umbrellas. The location is great; nice and quiet for families to enjoy time together on the beach, at the pool, or inside eating dinner. This condo is on the second level, so steps could be an issue for some....

"A friend and I stayed for a very quick weekend getaway. The location is beautiful, the room was well taken care of, clean, and nicely renovated. We were down for an engagement party at another house near there and did not check in until later. The staff was very helpful with this process and called with updates and process before we arrived. "I love Long Boat Key. Have been going to long boat key for years. It’s not a crowded beach . I went to 7th Heaven for the first time. It was a very nice stay for myself and my husband who has Dementia ( year 12 of Primary Progressive Aphasia) . This was to be the last time I take him on a trip as he is now declining and it most difficult for me to plan trip and pack and unpack. "Wow! From the time we booked til our last day, Jim was right on top of things! We had an amazing week with beautiful weather and gorgeous sunsets every night! This is the perfect location on this stretch of the Island. Our favorite places to eat that we loved are Star Fish Company in Cortez. Dry Dock Waterfront Grill, Miguel’s in Sarasota and The Blue Marlin in Bradenton Beach. We will definitely be coming back! Jim was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed! "The property was just what we had been looking for, minute walk from the beach, tiny kitchen, screened in porch and clean with updates. Everything was stocked well from the kitchen and bath to items needed for the beach. We wanted a quiet place to just enjoy the beach and this was it.
