Nice place. Well appointed and as advertised. No check in information was automatic. We had to call, then drive to another location to pick up a packet to get in. That was kind of weird but it all worked out.

The view is beautiful and the beach was quiet. All the furniture is worn out and uncomfortable. Condo appeared clean when we arrived, but there was old food on the pots and pans. Also, the nonstick teflon flaked off the pans onto all of the food we cooked. Pans need to be replaced asap. You’re paying for the view, direct access to the beach which was great.

Right on the beach which was great. Balcony was so small that 2 people cannot sit side by side. Needs new bedding as there were big rips in the bedroom comforter & needs some beach towels. Instructions to get keys were very confusing. Thought we could check in at the condo office, as we have done before. Didn’t know we were meant to check in with RVA. Won’t be back.

Best Location!! Wiindow/wall looks lright down to beach. Wish had full front balcony.

Mainly just beaching it😉. Visited St. Armands Circle only a couple minutes down from us👍😉.

Fantastic view, great location. Beach was wonderful, shopping and restaurants nearby. Small but nice private deck. Couches and chairs were comfy. Beds were too hard, sheets were scratchy, pillows flat (we bought pillows and cases). You could not lower the thermostat below 74, so it was doubly hard to sleep. Worst of all, there was an uninsulated connecting door to the next unit. We heard everything they said and watched (including karaoke until midnight). We also smelled their cooking.

The property was pretty much as described. There were 4 of us in the unit. There is a guest bathroom on the first level that we used. We used the stove, microwave, laundry, and dishwasher. They all worked great. It would be nice to have some upgraded pots and pans. The furniture is a big dated, but was in good shape. The deck is on the side of the building, not directly facing the beach. It would have been nice for the deck to be on the beach side of the unit. Overall, it’s a nice corner unit in a great location.

The location was perfect for us. More lounge chairs on the beach needed. Unit couch and chairs are in urgent need of replacement. Management was excellent.

Beautiful location and view

The condo has a fantastic view of the beach with the large windows in the living room. Furniture is all in great condition and the bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated the good communication. Thanks!

Great Beach

Great location. Awesome beach. Easy check-in/out. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the side lanai that gave us some privacy and shade in the mornings and evenings. The only negatives of note were the thin, lumpy pillows and a noisy AC unit below the lanai. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

Awesome Stay!

We couldn’t have been anymore pleased than we were with our vacation rental! We only booked two nights and now we are wishing that we stayed longer. The view was spectacular and the rental had all of the necessities needed to feel right at home. We will for sure be back, but, we will make sure to stay longer next time! Thank you for everything.

Wonderful week at the beach!

Property was very quiet and enjoyable!! Bed was super comfortable and we had everything we needed available! Chairs, towels for the beach etc!! The beach is fabulous and the property managers available and helpful!!! The condo is fairly small as the square footage suggests but works well and is very comfortable. Kitchen is well supplied for any normal needs. Toaster didn’t work and was promptly replaced . It’s a great restful place to stay and we hope to be back!!!
