    The breathtaking Gulf views from the private balcony set the stage, while the interior has been thoughtfully redesigned to bring the outdoors in, creating a seamless blend of coastal beauty and modern comfort.

    The condo features all-new furniture, bedding, appliances, dishes, and glassware, along with new outdoor furniture—everything you need to relax and truly enjoy your holiday.

    Our on-site condo office with friendly staff is available to assist you with all of your needs throughout your stay.

    Longboat Key, Florida is known for its luxurious beachfront estates, lush tropical landscapes, and miles of gleaming white-sand beaches. With limited public access, the island offers an unmistakable sense of exclusivity and quiet, uncrowded beaches, perfect for those seeking a peaceful escape.

    This one-bedroom condo on the fourth floor features a private balcony, ideal for enjoying the sound of rolling waves and some of the most spectacular sunsets on Longboat Key. Located in the Tower overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the unit is bright, spacious, and inviting.

    The bedroom offers two new queen beds, while the living room includes a full-size sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper, comfortably accommodating your group. The condo also includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cable TV, and a living room with sliding glass doors and a screen.

    With convenient elevator access, you are just steps away from the heated pool, pristine beach, and community amenities.

Wonderful stay!

What a beautiful and relaxing vacation. The water at your fingertips and the amazing sunsets were indescribable! It was just right for the two of us. Loved the updated shower. Loved that lounge chairs and beach towels were provided. I’m ready to book again for next year!

This was the perfect spot for a few days on the ocean. We loved the open concept with the kitchen area and absolutely gorgeous views from our balcony. We hope to be back in November.

We had a great time at this location. Easy to get to other sites we were interested in. Nice that it was so close to the beach and grocery store. Staff was available when questions arose. We will return for another stay!
