We are close enough to the tower bridge station where we could take the tube anywhere around town and also walking distance with a window view of Tower Bridge the restaurant downstairs vicinity was amazing and so are the food trucks outside of the hotel. "Funky relaxed hotel with a bar downstairs and very quiet room, but I had to wait ages to check in, my room wasn't ready, was left sitting in the bar and had to keep asking for my room. Once allocated, it was very clean, arty and a bit different, there was a Marshall amp so you could play guitar, mobile things hanging from the wall by the bed and what looked like a block of ice lol for the toilet and shower. Ice Bear from We Bare Bears would approve.

"Second time staying at this hotel. Our room was ready early in time for our arrival which was excellent and the location of the hotel was perfect for us. However, service in the restaurant, for both breakfast and lunch, was truly awful and ruined our experience. We won't stay again as there are better hotels in the immediate area."

"Rooms were clean, tidy and high spec. Comfortable beds. Sad there was no tea/coffee making in the room and it was shared Kitchette in the hallway. Great location for ease of access to underground and central London. We unfortunately stayed when there was an England match on and our room must have been next to a pub/bar as it was super noisy until late. Singing could be heard through the walls! Could also hear the trains under us a lot. Not great if you’re a light sleeper. No fan in the room...

"Lots of stains on carpet. Breakfast if extortionate. 33 quid for a full English!
Stayed over 1 night and fire alarm went off 4-5 times until 3am. Staff did not know the cause and ensure it wouldn’t happen again… and It did.
However, in the morning reception staff ensured a full refund without ask due to the inconvenience and lack of sleep. Bed was very comfy and mini bar was full with goodies :)"

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The Room Service, front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
