"Lovely studio, but 2 things to address: 1 - the shower is not powerful when the heat is turned up. 2- The bed is 2 singles joined together, it's on wheels, any movement and the bed just slides across the floor, maybe change the wheels to locking wheels, simple fix But I'd definitely stay again, lovely little studio."

"Bevan's House is a superb stay in Mid Wales. Located in between Lhandridod Wells and Builth Wells, it's a nice getaway if you're looking for a rural quiet area.The ace card of the property is the all day heated hot tub (which has a roof over it to use in all weathers). Julie took good care of us and was easily reached.The home is located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, as well as a wonderful walk along the river. "We absolutely loved Holly Cottage! It was clean and had everything we needed. The views were lovely! And we enjoyed our next door neighbors- chickens, sheep and cows (we are veterinarians- but if you are not an animal lover, you will still love it here!). Jonathan was an excellent communicator!
