"Tolles Hotel mit sehr nettem und hilfsbereiten Personal. Es ist alles sehr schön mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, das Appartement (wir hatten das Copacabana) war geräumig, sauber und top ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, von der Auswahl her war alles da was man braucht und es gab auch einige leckere brasilianische Spezialitäten. Es gibt eine 2 stöckige,Hoteleigene, sehr gepflegte Tiefgarage für 19€/Tag (der Preis war leider nicht auf Expedia angegeben, aber wir hatten in München...

"Parking was hard! There are parking garages in the area, but the parking slips are narrow. Paying for parking involves searching for the hotel (it’s not ours) that owns the garage and paying there, then going back to the garage to pick up the car. This is blocks from where we stayed and there is nowhere near the hotel to drop off luggage, so prepare to drag luggage a few blocks. "The laundry facilities were great. The cost for a wash was 3euros on your credit card and to dry was 4euros. Very convenient. You don’t even need soap as it automatically added it. "

"Location was prime! There is an "honor bar" with food & beverages on the 5th floor we enjoyed discovering. The only minor drawback was no AC, yet we found the staff to be so accommodating and they provided multiple fans. A great value! "

"I have stayed at other Numa hotels in Europe and they are always excellent. Given that there are no staff onsite and they simply send you your own code to access everything you need, the system works perfectly. My room in Munich was very nice, well appointed and super quiet considering it was on the ground floor and close to busy intersections. I will definitely be staying here again. "
