"Personalen var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Rummet blev städdad varje dag. Maten och desserter var goda. Snackbaren var anpassad för barn. Hotellet ligger nära staden och havet. Bra ställe till dem som ska surfa. 20 minuters promenad till Siam Park. Det finns många restauranger och butiker runt hotellet. 👌"

"The room wasn't clean we found the bathroom with stool on the walls and all near the minibar was wi and the people at the reception (except one women) weren't helpful enough, we couldn't make all the activities we planned because of the missing or we received. The rest of the staff were amazing and make our stay really good."

The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The only small negative was that the mattress could have been a little more comfortable, but it certainly didn’t take away from an otherwise wonderful stay. The location was perfect for us—not right in the middle of the busy tourist area, but close enough for a pleasant walk...
