"Wir wurden zur Anreise in ein Miniapartment geschickt, weil unsere gebuchte Wohnung doppelt belegt war! Es wurde vorerst erzählt unsere Wohnung sei noch nicht fertig. Dann hieß es nach intensiveren Nachfragen, die Wohnung sein doppelt belegt. Hier kam es schon zur ersten Lüge.Dieses Appartement war mehr baufällig als alles andere und schmutzig zudem. "Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an wohl in der gut ausgestatteten Fewo.Von hier aus konnten wir sowohl Ausflüge in die Wachsu sowie nach Wien unternehmen..In der näheren Umgebung fanden wir schöne Landgasthöfe mit guter Küche....Die Fewo können wir nur weiterempfehlen."

"Der Aufenthalt musste wegen der Überschwemmungskatastrophe in Niederösterreich auf 16.-26.10. verschoben werden. Die gebuchte Wohnung sollte über 2 Terrassen, Marmorbad mit Bidet und separates WC verfügen. Beschreibung und Fotos versprachen eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Im Gegensatz dazu war die zugewiesene Wohnung minimalistisch ausgestattet, hatte ein kleines nicht beheizbares!! Duschbad mit WC, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. 5 Handtücher für 10 Tage, 2 Bettdecken, 2 Kopfkissen....

"Die Ferienwohnung liegt ca. 17 km von der Stadt Wien entfernt. Da wir mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs waren, sind wir diese Strecke täglich nach Wien hin und zurück geradelt. Bis auf die ersten 5 km von der Unterkunft aus gesehen, verläuft ein Radweg bis nach Wien. In der Unterkunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, die Wohnung und die Küche sind gut ausgestattet. "We enjoyed our stay in this quiet and for a hot July temperature-wise refreshing neighbourhood. We liked the own terrace a lot even without a view beyond the courtyard. Good spacious shower, fully equipped kitchen. We did not really miss an airco as there are lots of windows to air the apartment. Good to know that now in Vienna one has to pay for parking everywhere, thus also in front of this house, 9:00 to 22:00, currently EUR 2.20.-. "Le logement que nous avons eu ne correspondait en rien aux photos de l’annonce, mais nous avons eu un logement qui correspondait tout de même à nos critères. La literie, la vaisselle et la salle de bain semblaient plutôt propres et confortables. La cuisine est équipée du strict minimum, il y a une machine à laver, cafetière, bouilloire, micro-onde mais pas de four, quant aux 2 plaques de cuisson elles sont assez vétustes. Pas de télé ni de wifi, j’ai demandé plusieurs fois à la propriétaire...

"Deze verhuurder vindt het normaal om iets anders te verhuren dan waarmee ze adverteert. Beschreven stond een begane grond appartement grenzend aan de tuin, met grote woonkamer en volledig uitgeruste keuken. In werkelijkheid kregen we een appartement op de zolder, met een klein halletje als woonkamer, een brakke keuken met een twee pits kookstel met veel te weinig spullen. Meteen bij aankomst met het kantoor gesproken dat dit volledig onacceptabel was, degene die ons ontving sprak alleen...

"We had a little difficulty finding the right door, despite excellent picture instructions. Self check-in was easy.Wonderful White is on the second floor. The staircase and floors are beautiful. The apartment was spacious, especially for just the two of us. One bedroom was decorated for children with games and toys. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen nice, although we only used it for breakfast.The village is charming. The location is very convenient for day trips."
