"the property is in a perfect location from all sightseeing and shopping. Subway is close by nearly no walking more than a mile . We arrived early but they kept our bags secured and returned at check in. Always had a water station available which came in handy from the heat. Air conditioner BLASTING cold air. perfect place definitely will book again !"

"This hotel is situated right next to subway stops so you can get anywhere in the city with no fuss. The room was quiet and clean. We slept well when we weren't running around the city. Just give yourself extra time to get in and out to account for elevator waits. That appears to be common in the area."

"The price for the location was outstanding. There are 700 rooms in the hotel. This is a big property and you feel it. Security is excellent. The only thing that stopped me from giving higher scores was the fact that my bedroom had no towels. It took over an hour at 3:00 am to get them. Room was clean. "The location of the hotel is terrific. Our room had no hot water and when I told the front desk staff - the answer was the hot water comes from tanks on the roof. The lower floors need to run the water for a long time to get hot water. This answer did not really satisfy me as I ran the water for 10 minutes. A hot shower on a rainy cold day would have been nice, and quite frankly expected from an expensive hotel in NYC."

"The location can't be beat, especially if you're visiting fthe city for Times Square and Broadway shows. The downside is the age of the property and it really shows, in the elevators, some in-room furniture, and definitely the bathroom fixtures."
