Casa Licinia is a graceful independent house situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps four people. From Casa Licinia you will have a nice view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea. Casa Licinia is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, a shared garden and air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed).
You will be approximately 300 meters (330 yards) from Lacco Ameno, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 600 meters (660 yards), a grocery store at 200 meters (660 feet), the stop for the EAV bus Piazza Marina Casamicciola - Lacco Ameno line at 100 meters (330 feet) and the closest beach (Il Fungo Beach) at roughly 600 meters (660 yards).
You will reach Casa Licinia from the street level going up approximately 15 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Licinia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The complex consists of four apartments and a separate cottage. You will stay in a typical Mediterranean building, surrounded by a beautiful garden full of plants and flowers of various kinds, and enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the coast of Lacco Ameno.


The complex is located in a quiet area, at a few steps from downtown Lacco Ameno, where you can stroll and enjoy the sea view and the famous "Fungo" , a typical rock called "The mushroom" for its peculiar shape.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 2 meters (6.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and the coast of Lacco Ameno. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of October, from 9 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 5 pm.
Terrace
The terrace is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. You will reach it from the garden going up a stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 1200 square meters (12900 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the garden you will have a pleasant view of the sea. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.  Terrace
The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and deck chairs. From the terrace you will have a nice view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea.
Kitchen
The furnishings of the kitchen are simple and comfortable. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a television (local channels). The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
